In this four-part workshop, you’ll learn about your knees’ anatomy, structure, and mechanics. You’ll also explore how to improve alignment, strength, and range of motion in your knees and how healthy ankles, feet, and hips are essential to knee health. You’ll use your deepened anatomy knowledge experientially to grow your knee function and mobility.
Roll + Restore is a practice of self-massage using therapy balls followed by long-held, gentle, and restorative postures. These techniques invite improved circulation, easeful breathing, the release of chronic tension, and stimulation of our relaxation response.
