Join me for a day of self-care, reflection, and rejuvenation as we enter the Winter season and begin our journey toward the year’s end. Connect more deeply with yourself and the world around you in this day of yoga, meditation, and quiet walks in nature. As you arrive at Green Gulch, you will be greeted by eucalyptus, redwoods, and Muir Beach, just a short walk from our practice space. Nearby trails lead to Muir Woods to the north and the Golden Gate National Recreation Area to the south.
Our retreat will begin on Friday at 9:00 AM with our first of two yoga practices. The morning practice will gradually open the body to more active postures to release tension and create spaciousness. Our afternoon practice will include quiet postures, restorative poses, and breathing awareness to support our relaxation response. Both AM and PM sequences will include myofascial release. A delicious vegetarian lunch will be served, and tea will be provided throughout the day. Between our morning and afternoon sessions, ample personal time for exploration, journaling, resting, and reflection will be available.
COST: $175
Your fee includes a full day of yoga, vegetarian lunch, tea service, use of the grounds, instruction, studio with props, and parking. Payment in full must be made at the time of registration. $50 of your payment is non-refundable. Cancellations made 30 days or less from the start of the retreat are fully non-refundable.
