Throughout the 4-week series, you'll explore the anatomy and structure of your shoulders and how daily habits can lead to discomfort and sometimes injury. You'll learn how the ribcage and spine contribute to healthy shoulder movement. You'll use your deepened anatomy knowledge experientially to improve your shoulder mobility, strength, and function. Progressive practices of myofascial release, resistance band strengthening, and mobility work will be offered in a scaffolded fashion, filling your self-care toolbox with simple practices to support your continued progress at home.
