I invite you to join me for a sweet weekend of rejuvenating self-care — without even needing to leave town. We'll collectively create space in body, breath, and mind. Each practice will explore mindful movement, self-massage using props and balls, and supported breathing to build our ability to stay relaxed and steady. We'll return home to ourselves and our lives refreshed, relaxed, grounded, and full of presence.
Following our Saturday morning practice, you can picnic in Strawberry Creek Park, just outside the studio. A delicious and nutritious lunch is included, and Tea will be provided in the studio.

Your fee includes instruction, a catered lunch on Saturday, tea service, and a light-filled, spacious studio with props. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. $50 of your payment is non-refundable. Cancellations made 7 days or less from the start of the event are fully non-refundable.
