In this four-part workshop, you’ll learn about your knees’ anatomy, structure, and mechanics. You’ll also explore how to improve alignment, strength, and range of motion in your knees and how healthy ankles, feet, and hips are essential to knee health.
You’ll use your deepened anatomy knowledge experientially to grow your knee function and mobility. Progressive practice of soft-tissue mobilization, resistance band strengthening, and mobility work will be offered in a scaffolded fashion, filling your self-care toolbox with simple practices to support your continued progress at home.
To support your weekly progress during the series, a recorded practice sequence will be provided for you to complete at home following each session.
