2-part In-Person Workshop
January 27 + February 3, from 2:00-4:00 PM PDT

Knee Series.png

In this 2-part, in-person workshop, we'll learn about your knees' anatomy, structure, and mechanics. We'll explore how to build improved alignment, strength, and mobility in your knees and how healthy ankles, feet, and hips are essential to knee health.

Included in this workshop will be practices of myofascial release (self-massage with a therapy ball), experiential anatomy, and strength and mobility exercises.

Part discussion and part practice, accessible sequences for all experience levels will be provided for your continued self-care at home. No prior anatomy experience is required; a healthy curiosity about how your body works is a must. All props will be provided.

A video summary of our classwork will be uploaded to your online content library within 24 hours of each session. On-demand access will be active for six months.

Investment: $100 for 2 sessions
