This monthly practice of gentle movement and breathing techniques helps to calm and regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, ease anxiety, and invite relaxation and ease. Something we could all use a little more of on a regular basis. The practice is accessible for all. 

All proceeds from this restful class go to Roots Community Health Centers. Roots provides high-quality, comprehensive, and culturally appropriate health care to uninsured and low-income residents of East Oakland. Services provided by Roots are more important than ever in this time of COVID pandemic. Healthcare is a human right.

This class will be recorded and the video replay uploaded to your personal online account at the conclusion of the session.

Regular class card holders may use their existing pass, or purchase a special class pass for this monthly event to make a larger donation.

Donation: $5-50

Recommended props:
Mat; 2-3 Blankets or Thick Towels; 2-3 throw or other pillows; a strap or belt; a hand towel.
