I invite you to join me for a sweet weekend of rejuvenating self-care — without even needing to leave town. We'll collectively create space in body, breath, and mind. Each practice will explore mindful movement, self-massage using props and balls, and supported breathing to build our ability to stay relaxed and steady. We'll return home to ourselves, and our lives, refreshed, relaxed, grounded, and full of presence.
Following our Saturday morning practice you're invited to picnic in Strawberry Creek Park, just outside the studio. A delicious and nutritious lunch can be provided by request, or bring your own. Tea will be provided in the studio.
