March 27 and April 3, 2021 from 1:00-2:30 PM PDT

Your hips are perhaps the most important joints in your human body. Strong enough to produce sufficient force to walk, run, jump and squat, their structure allows for terrific range of motion, second only to the shoulders. In this 2-class series we’ll explore the anatomy and structure of your hips and pelvis.

We'll use our anatomy knowledge experientially as we learn myriad ways to bring awareness, alignment, mobility and strength to your body's biggest engine. We'll explore practices of myofascial release (self-massage with a therapy ball), Yoga postures, and simple exercises for home practice.

Part discussion and part practice, accessible sequences for all levels of experience will be provided. No prior anatomy experience is required, but some yoga experience is helpful.

This series will be recorded and video replay uploaded to your personal online account at the conclusion of each session. Your replay will be active for 45 days.

Investment: $40 for 2 sessions
